  • Medical Malpractice Litigation – represent physicians, nurses, hospital, long-term care facilities and dentists faced with claims of professional negligence.

  • Construction Defect Litigation – represent property owners, contractors, suppliers and Design Professionals in matters involving claims of defective construction on residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial properties.

  • Family Law – represent individuals and families in matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, guardianships and other family matters.

  • Personal Injury – represent individuals suffering personal injury as a result of negligence and other torts.

  • Environmental and Toxic Tort Defense – represent industry members, including energy companies, agricultural operators, and manufacturers faced with claims for environmental releases or contamination alleged to cause property, natural resource or personal injuries.

  • Victim Restitution - represent crime victims by facilitating civil actions against perpetrators and responsible third parties for damages the victims suffered as a result of the crime.
