  • Construction Defect Litigation – represent property owners, contractors, suppliers and Design Professionals in matters involving claims of defective construction on residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial properties.

  • Medical Malpractice Litigation – represent all types of medical providers and individuals faced with claims of medical malpractice.

  • Family Law – represent individuals and families in matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, guardianship and other family matters.

  • Personal Injury – represent individuals suffering personal injury as a result of negligence and other torts.

  • Employment Law – represent clients in all aspects of employee/employer relations, including counseling employees on employment related matters from wrongful termination to discrimination.

  • Probate and Estate Administration - represent family members who have experienced a loss and are in need of estate administration.

  • Workers' Compensation Defense – represent employers in all aspects of workers' compensation.
