- Adoptions – represent adoptive parents, biological parents and children through all aspects of adoption from termination of parental rights through finalization.
- Appellant Advocacy – represent and assist parties through the appeals process before the Oklahoma Supreme Court, in various matters related to family law, real property and construction defense.
- Business – represent clients needing assistance with creating, maintaining, litigating, leasing, assigning and conveying businesses, including 501(c)(3)s.
- Construction Defect Litigation – represent property owners, contractors, suppliers and Design Professionals in matters involving claims of defective construction on residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial properties.
- General Civil Litigation – represent individuals and businesses of all sizes in all manner of business and liability claims, including premises and products claims, contract disputes, and other tort business claims.
- Family Law – represent individuals in divorce, child custody, modification, enforcement and other domestic proceedings.
- Guardianship – represent clients seeking guardianship of minor children, elderly parents, special needs children entering adulthood and other incapacitated individuals to safeguard their person and property.
- Mediation Services – assist parties to mediate and negotiate disputes in civil matters.
- Oil and Gas – represent clients needing assistance with rights and responsibilities relating to oil and gas interests, including pooling, leasing, conveying and clearing title to mineral interests.
- Real Property – represent clients needing assistance with title clearing, title opinions, quiet titles, litigation and conveyances involving real property.
- Wills, Estates, Trusts and Probate – represent trustees, heirs and administrators in the handling and administration of estates and trusts. Assist individuals in establishing estate and trust plans.
